All orders placed are uniquely packaged by CrystalnKarma in the UK and can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

We offer the following delivery options across the UK:
FREE Standard Delivery, within 2-3 days .

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer free international shipping however customs charges and import taxes may vary and are not covered by us.

For orders over £50.00 you will get free priority shipping meaning that your item will be fully tracked and signed for.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS
We will accept returns within 30 days of your order being placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also need a proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.
If a refund is accepted, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are not happy with your purchase need and exchange please email us an email at crystalnkarma@gmail.com
GIFTS

RETUN SHIPPING
To return your product, you should get in touch at crystalnkarma@gmail.com and we will provide return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
